MUST HAVES:

  • 6-8 years of experience in IT, 3+ years leading agile teams in the use of Scrum Methodologies
  • Significant experience (3+ years) with SAP development work
    • specifically, ECC to S/4- MM, SCM, PM, WM, FI, P2P, SuccessFactors
  • Experience training, coaching, and implementing SAFe methodologies.
  • Experience working in Enterprise Agile organizations.
  • Experience coaching, guiding and leading others.
  • Experience in process improvement and process documentation
  • 1-2 years of experience in servant leadership role
  • Proven ability to advocate for organizational agility, provide recommendations and influence at all levels.
  • Bachelors degree in computer science/technical area or related field preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • This Agile Coach will assist teams and the organization deliver new and exciting capabilities to customers.
  • Working with multiple development teams, this role will ensure the consistent use of the Scrum and Scaled Agile Delivery methodologies to achieve the benefits of iterative and incremental software releases.
  • The Agile Coach is responsible for the strategic and practical applications, review, and training of Agile methods within the organization.
  • This role will be responsible for identifying and making recommendations to improve overall organizational and business agility and defining new processes, as necessary.
  • Trains new teams in agile methodology & practice and mentors team members in their individual roles and responsibilities including Product Owner, Scrum Master, team members and people leaders.
  • Facilitates discussions and resolutions regarding misalignment and conflict as needed.
  • Able to organize and facilitate each phase of various teams sprints including daily standup, backlog refinement, demo, retrospective, and release planning.
  • Maintains and communicates metrics related to team performance.
  • Represents the teams in planning and status meetings and track and identify dependencies while removing any impediments.
  • Focuses on helping teams meet commitments through development and implementation of lean processes and practices.
  • Excels at communication and collaboration to move passion and guidance into high performing teams.
  • Remains flexible to move quickly on ideas and maintains ability to pivot and move in new directions as conditions present themselves.
