Must Have:

• Significant Expertise in SAP Manufacturing and Mii/ME: Demonstrate deep knowledge and proficiency in SAP Manufacturing solutions, including SAP Mii (Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence) and ME (Manufacturing Execution).
• Hands-on SAP DMC Implementation: Successfully completed at least one hands-on project involving the implementation of SAP DMC, showcasing your ability to configure, customize, and deploy DMC solutions.
• Requirements Leadership: Take a leadership role in gathering, documenting, and understanding client requirements for SAP DMC projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Technical Understanding: Possess a strong understanding of the technical aspects of SAP DMC to collaborate effectively with developers and integration specialists. You should be able to articulate and define development and integration requirements.
• Process Manufacturing Experience: Bring relevant experience working in a Process Manufacturing environment to understand industry-specific challenges and tailor SAP DMC solutions accordingly.

Nice to Have:

• Chemical Industry Experience: Previous experience in the chemical industry is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to understand and address industry-specific requirements and challenges.
• Techno-Functional Skills: If you have the capability to work in a techno-functional capacity, including SAP configuration, development, and integration work, it would be advantageous for this role.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business).
• SAP certification in Manufacturing or related modules is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Proven ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex SAP DMC issues.
• Up-to-date knowledge of SAP DMC and related technologies.
