Detailed Job Description:

  • Schedule meetings, document meeting minutes, assist in submitting updates as needed to meet reporting requirements, coordinating project activities, maintaining project plans.
  • Provide governance and credible challenge across the oversight forum contributions.
  • Production of executive level program governance material suitable for external bodies e.g. regulators
  • Be able to liaise with the different areas - COO team, Operations, technology, Legal and Compliance
  • Status Reporting to other change teams, business functions and sponsor
  • Monitoring & maintaining Risk, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies, escalating as appropriate
  • Buildout and maintenance of the strategic program roadmap
  • Managing dependencies across legal entities, and business/functions as well as reporting requirements for regulators, risk partners and front office product groups

Key Skills (Required):

  • Extremely detail oriented and ability to both investigate deeply into content of the material but also look across the portfolio
  • Ability to drive progress issue-by-issue and ensure deadlines are met
  • Experience managing inter-department dependencies
  • Basic data analysis skills
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PPT
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understand the mechanics of a project plan to highlight knock on impacts of changes
  • Facilitation / Negotiation / Influence

  • Experience in trade lifecycle at a bank.
  • Knowledge of operational and settlement processes.
  • Regulatory experience.
  • Experience in or interacting with Front Office businesses within Markets.
