Job Duties:
- Direct and manage the complete lifecycle of a project including the planning, design, program, test, and implement of business solutions designed to meet requirements.
- Develop complete & thorough project plan and associated communication documents.
- Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Identify and mitigate risks to the project and communicate risks to stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements, risks, and other program management office (PMO) methodology documentation.
- Prepare status updates, including QUAD charts to senior management.
- Facilitate status meetings with project stakeholders.
- Show ability to learn new tools and processes.
- Show flexibility in changing approach when needed.
- Experience with ERP / third party systems program management with SDLC experience.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of project work products.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Lead change management.
- Motivate the team by explaining priorities and objectives.
- Adhere to and analyze project/program policies processes, standards, governance, and metrics.
- Make recommendations for improving efficiency, product delivery and expense reduction in projects.
- Knowledge on Supply Chain processes typically related to the Retail industry in Planning.
- Manage Projects that include Kinaxis.
Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
