Certification in one or more module (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance or Succession Planning).
Preference given to candidates with exposure to or skills in designing and implementing internal talent mobility solutions, including job posting, skills mapping, and career pathing and proficiency in HR automation tools and technologies to streamline processes and reduce manual workload.
Candidate must have the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to implement solutions collaboratively.
Must have excellent communication, documentation, analytical and presentation skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
