Job Duties:
- Track project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs in an agile environment, ensuring alignment with project objectives and efficient delivery of features.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the success of the project and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Familiar with tools like Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, or Smartsheet to manage and track project progress, tasks, and deadlines.
- Business Process Modelling (BPM) Tools: Proficiency in BPM tools like Bizagi, Lucidchart, or Signavio for creating process flow diagrams, swimlane diagrams, and other visualizations to represent business processes.
- Contribute to various project tasks, such as requirements documentation, process mapping, and data analysis.
- Contribute to the implementation of change management processes by supporting the communication and training efforts for new systems and processes
- Utilize healthcare domain knowledge to identify potential areas of improvement and propose innovative solutions to address business challenges
- Follow established methodologies, best practices, and processes within the organization to ensure consistency and quality of work
Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
