Job Duties:
- Plan, organize, and implement a company or client's technical projects.
- Coordinate production releases and rollouts.
- Assign technical responsibilities to appropriate team members.
- Deliver updates on the status and outcomes of projects.
- Oversee numerous IT initiatives from start to finish.
- Create and oversee project financial plans.
- Engage with various stakeholders, such as IT managers, suppliers, and top-level executives.
- Create and manage a comprehensive Test Plan defining test strategy and approach for different software releases estimating testing efforts, project schedules, resource modelling, milestones, and deliverables.
- Track and maintain project progress, budgeting estimates, identified risks and proposed mitigation strategies to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Contribute to various project tasks such as requirement documentation, process mapping, data analysis and conducted post-implementation reviews to access the success of the project and identify opportunities for continuous improvements
- Contribute to the implementation of change management process by supporting the communication and training efforts for new systems and processes.
- Identify potential areas of improvement and propose innovative solutions to address business challenges and to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
- Manage resources for projects and coordinate with team members for individual responsibilities.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs in an agile environment, ensuring project objectives and efficient delivery of features.
- Organize meetings to discuss project goals and daily scrum calls to get the status of Development and Testing tasks.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Software architect to schedule requirements review, design review, test strategy review for all functional and non-functional requirements or enhancement of existing requirements
- Responsible for creating supporting documents by creating user manuals, technical design documents, audio meeting recordings and maintaining them on a Wiki page.
- Create and maintain reusable libraries and built business components for existing features including fine-tuning and maintenance of existing automation framework/scripts.
- Manage and lead performance team to utilize JMETER tool for collecting data for concurrent users and their behaviours like Throughput, deviation, latest sample, number of samples, average median, breakpoint
- Follow established methodologies, best practices and processes within the organization to ensure consistency and quality of work.
- Familiar with tools like Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana or Smartsheet to manage and track project progress, tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Business Process Modelling tools like Bizagi, Lucid chart or Signavio for creating process flow diagrams, swim lane diagrams and other visualizations to represent business process.
Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
