Detailed Job Description:
- Looking for someone to support Salesforce Service Cloud application which helps customers on their member calls and calls coming in from providers as well. The partner plans (other Blues) use this as well... Conversational AI is implemented into this group as well. So wants someone to support the SF app and conversational AI
- Healthcare exp would be a plus. Claims adjudication will also be a plus. 835/837 specifically
- AWS, Azure or other cloud is a plus
- Required: At least 3 years of Salesforce Service Cloud exp. And needs to be very strong with SQL as well. Will be doing API testing.. Selenium and other automation tool exp. BDD/Gherkin (scripts are typically written in this), Confluence and Jira skills. Agile exp... Needs to understand Java.
- IVR / Conversational AI exp is a plus as well, not required
- Any SF certs would be a plus
- Day to day: closely working with other business teams working on test cases and automated them and providing feedback.
- Kamal will do short video screen and then plans to have in - person interview in DC office to follow.
- Automation skills are primary but will have to do some manual testing at end of sprints.. Will not have to create the framework as it is already established. 60% Manual testing on SF Service Cloud. 40% would be automating test cases and integrating.
