• Pega exp
• Healthcare exp - ideally Claims
• Experience working with large data sets
• Exp automating test scripts within a sprint
• Exp identifying and implementing team process improvements
• Exp gaining understanding of end user perspective and incorporating into test approach
• Exp working with developers, BAs to understand design, business need and create/modify test strategy
• Exp with Agile/Scrum; working in matrixed, team environment
• Dual QA/BA or QA/Dev
