Must Have:

  • Five (5) years of experience working as a technical business analyst in the support software applications.
  • Must have experience working in the financial services space and experience working with credit decisioning.
  • Must be familiar and with Agile best practices like stand - ups, retrospectives, and demos.
  • Knowledge of modern programming patterns and languages including Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript is strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience with Provenir is required.
  • Experience with and/or interest in solving problems using engineering methods.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Passion for continuous learning and continuous improvement is a must.
  • BA/BS degree in a Technology-related or adjacent field

  • As a Decision Services Analyst you will be in a hands-on, technical analyst role. You will help us solve complex business, data, and technical challenges using modern, cloud native software as part of a scrum team. The demands of this role are varied and range from prototypes to production, and include innovation strategies for advanced risk modelling, credit underwriting, policy execution, and simulation techniques within a cloud-native, low-code decision engine.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, credit analysts, and engineers to transform credit policy strategies into testable solutions within a low-code decision platform.
  • Invent and implement low-code solutions and automated tests using various tools and frameworks as part of a scrum team.
  • Provide research, analysis, and problem resolution in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Develop technical documentation, test cases, process diagrams, and demos for credit policy implementations.
  • Think creatively and insist on continuous improvement; generate new ideas and/or new ways to implement the ideas.
