Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and assess the current procurement processes.
- Consult and assist with the development of new workflow and processes.
- Ensure new processes are aligned with MAGIC functionality.
- Ensure Financial Best Practice Standards are present in the design.
- Assist with required MAGIC reporting for best practice.
- Document preparation; Plan, Organize, and Lead Meetings when required.
- Other IT-related tasks as agreed upon by the parties.
