Gathering of requirements; Process Design; Functional Design of Interfaces and any necessary customisations; Applications Configuration; Application Testing; Reporting into Client's Management

Additional Job Details:

• Client Development

o Experience developing a custom client using ArcGIS WPF/Silverlight (version 2.4)

• Street network editing

• Mash up of street network, satellite and other user data

o Tune for performance

• Backend Services and databases

o Expertise with Navteq data schema

o Using Microsoft SQL Spatial Objects within an Esri SDE (SQL Server 2008, 2012)

o Write, configure, customize and performance tune ArcGIS services

• Street Feature queries

• Street edit Versioning

• Edit workflow: reconcile, post, replicate and (street network) rebuild

• Geo-area Extraction

• Analysis (best travel path) queries

o Scaling and load balancing Esri ArcGIS services (SOM/SOC architecture)

o Configuring map image tiles and street feature query caching

o Detailing understand of database tables involved with versioning, Esri replication and street network rebuilding

o Registration of proprietary points of interest (snapping POI to street map segments)

o Setting up services and databases for high availability and disaster recovery
