Job Duties:

  • Generate leads through online sources, social media, and personal networks. 
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and update sales strategies. 
  • Conduct outbound cold call campaigns to engage active accounts and increase service agreements. 
  • Resolve customer concerns using needs-based selling techniques and effective communication. 
  • Act as an expert resource, educating clients on the services offered and demonstrating excellent product knowledge. 
  • Maintain and forecast the team's sales pipeline activity within our CRM (Hubspot). 
  • Schedule follow-up actions and track progress against deadlines. 
  • Analyze data and create customer-facing reports. 
  • Achieve sales targets by effectively managing customer interactions and back-office teams. 
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs. 

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above occupation duties is a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in MIS, IT, Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
