Job Duties:
- Design,development,automation and support for the projects
- Primary duties include business process analysis,requirements elicitation,developing process workflow,test plans and test schedules according to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process.
- Perform feasibility analysis to re-engineer existing processes
- Project management tasks like resource planning and providing technical insights.
- Design solution design documents, technical design documents, Visio workflows and assisting business analysts in the completion of process definition document.
- Automating the processes which deals with financial transactions, account creation and complaint escalations.
- Technical Skills include OCR,SQL database connectivity for data pulling,Robotic Process automation,Java scripting,VBA and other automation tools with updated technologies.
Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above occupation duties is a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in MIS, IT, Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
