Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience required
  • Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with React and Node.js.
  • Strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Experience with RESTful API development.
  • Familiarity with database technologies such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies and solutions.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.

Project Management:

  • Lead the planning and execution of software development projects.
  • Work closely with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Code Review and Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards.
  • Implement and enforce best practices for software development.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, bug-free software.

Team Collaboration:

  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering their professional growth.
  • Work closely with product managers and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Technical Expertise:

  • Hands-on development using React and Node.js.
  • Architect and design scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on project status and technical decisions.
