Qualifications:

- Minimum 10+ years of experience required
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with React and Node.js.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies and solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
Project Management:
- Lead the planning and execution of software development projects.
- Work closely with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Code Review and Quality Assurance:
- Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Implement and enforce best practices for software development.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, bug-free software.
Team Collaboration:
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering their professional growth.
- Work closely with product managers and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Technical Expertise:
- Hands-on development using React and Node.js.
