Job Duties:
- Account Management responsibilities for expanding our IT Staffing/IT Professional Services footprint.Â
- Ability to Occasionally Travel Nationwide To Meet With Companies As RequiredÂ
- Manage Company relationships with stakeholders at one or more lines of business in a large account or with stakeholders at a mid-size account with a clear focus on creating a top-notch Company experience.Â
- Customize industry-prevalent engagement models to suit Company requirements and delivers engagements on a multi-year roadmap primarily focusing on IT staff augmentationÂ
- Perform consultative sales process with senior Company management.Â
- Conduct presentations, lead negotiations, coordinate sales decision-making process, and overcome objections to closure.Â
- Work with companies for candidate reverse referrals and HI B candidates in converting them to our employees.Â
- Meet and/or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goalsÂ
Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above occupation duties is a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in MIS, IT, Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
