Job Duties:
- Develop high quality technical documentation by gathering technical specifications for Operational Excellence Team
- Collaborate with Operational Excellence, Project teams and other groups to plan, research, write, and revise printed and analyze documentation, including general overviews, tutorials, installation/specification instructions and training class materials.
- Maintain relationships across transforming information into documentation which enhances the knowledge base within the team
- Demonstrated Knowledge in Operational Excellence, Technology and Analyzing Project requirements
- Working knowledge of Change Management and Process Improvement and being able to work for cross functional teams/departments
- Working knowledge on Lean, Six Sigma and Organizational Culture
- Prior experience with Project Management and Change Management, with overseeing the Collection, Analysis, and Reporting of Data, to achieve Business Goals, and Managing the Development and Execution of Operational Procedures.
- Hands on experience with Veeva, Condor, Adobe Frame Maker, AutoCAD, Illustrator, Word, Excel and spreadsheets, XML, CSS, EDMS, PLM systems
- Work constantly to generate technical documentation, including API management, Tag implementation, SSO, Data collection architecture and expert knowledge of product usage (SQL, regex, custom variables, metrics calculation)
- Analyze documentation using Genentech/Roche company style guides and templates
- Create documentation around new features (rollout) to support enablement train technically driven teams before releases, with the help of Product Managers.
- To be able to demonstrate creative mindset and possess a self-starter attitude.
- To be able to technically document Genentech teams policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with engineers, Subject Matter Experts (SME's) to analyze the data/content
- Possess excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- Able to work in a SCRUM based environment by working with Confluence, Jira, Slack, Google Drive, Google Analytics, MS-Office suite and PowerPoint.
Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above occupation duties is a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in MIS, IT, Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
