Job Duties:

  • You will be responsible for managing and overseeing most HR (Immigration & Compliance) Tasks on a day-to-day basis working with a global team of HR Assistants, Managers, Immigration Managers. Your job involves a 360-degree involvement from on-boarding of candidates, paperwork which includes full immigration lifecycle from H1B, E3, TN Visas and relevant GC process for Non-Immigrant workers.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and internal teams
  • Conduct orientation and provide guidance for new joiners
  • Respond to queries from managers and employees
  • Prepare, review, and send employment agreements
  • Assist with employee on-boarding process while communicating with recruitment/finance teams
  • Assist with employment background checks as necessary
  • Maintain I-9/e-verify files and perform reverifications
  • Issuing of employment letters as required
  • Conduct exit interviews and ensure to send necessary documents/employment for proper exit
  • Assist with immigration-related matters, including printing, scanning, and mailing of H1B/E3/TN/OPT related visa paperwork by working with global teams
  • Handle all requests for new visas, visa extensions & visa renewals
  • Assist in responding to RFE’s.
  • Facilitate all aspects of the PERM Labor Certification process, including finalizing job descriptions, postings, reviewing and preparing recruitment reports.
  • Monitor visa expiration dates with diligence and accuracy, and take appropriate action as needed
  • Maintain hard copies/binders of Public Access Files (PAFs) for LCA compliance by working with global teams
  • Maintain LCA wage compliance by working with global teams
  • Maintain I-9 compliance with proper diligence and accuracy
  • Assist with H1B/ I-983, OPT supervision/compliance
  • Assist with compliance audits for existing employees

 Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above occupation duties is a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in MIS, IT, Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
