Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop data forms in EPBCS
- Must be able develop business rules with forms to enhance functionality
- Data forms are complex requiring entry with multiple data intersections
- Design and develop reports in EPBCS Management Reporting suite
- Reports must have hierarchy structures that dynamically open and close
- Performance tuning of reporting essential
- Knowledge of Management Reporting functionality and options
- Technical knowledge of scripting is essential to create translation logic and business rules
- Create and maintain system documentation, both functional and technical
- General understanding of agile methodologies
- Expert in gathering business and functional requirements to set the direction of solution delivery aligned to business goals
- Document technical proposals and designs for peer review; maintain technical documentation for legacy and future state solutions.
- Collaborate with IT Security, Enterprise Architecture, and Infrastructure to ensure technical solutions are compliant and meet security and architectural standards.
Typical Background / Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems
- 3+ years experience developing forms and reports Oracle EPM or other EPM/CPM applications (Preferably EPBCS)
- Strong knowledge of the financial processes, including experience with financial planning, close, consolidations, financial reporting, and FP&A
- Understanding of cloud - based SaaS and PaaS market offerings
- Understanding of FP&A processes including bottom-up planning, scenario modeling, allocations, account reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and top-side adjustments
- Prior experience gathering business requirements and translating those to help design a solution
- Previous experience leading full-cycle EPM/CPM implementations
