Provide support to enable the super users to become Self sufficient in the system operations.
Provide guidance to support & address End user queries.
Supporting Super user in other Project deliverables such as Data Collection exercises, User Acceptance Testing, Data Validation, Data Cleansing queries and Cut Over tasks & Hypercare activities
Work closely with the Core Solution Team for functional topics.
