Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and design comprehensive test plans.
• Execute test cases and document results to identify and resolve software defects.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for improved testing efficiency.
• Conduct regression testing to validate software releases and updates.
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and reproduce reported issues.
• Integrate testing into the software development process.
• Participate in the analysis and improvement of software development and testing processes.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in software quality assurance and testing.

Qualifications:

• Technical degree required; BS in Computer Science is optional.
• Proven experience in software quality assurance testing.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Familiarity with GTIMS (Graduate Training Integration Management System) is a benefit.
• Experience as an AETC Aircrew Instructor desired.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience:

• Experience with GTIMS (Graduate Training Integration Management System) is a benefit.
• Experience as an AETC Aircrew Instructor desired.
