Job Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop secure, scalable, and efficient healthcare software solutions using C# and the .NET framework, adhering to industry regulations and standards.
  • Lead projects through the software development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet healthcare industry requirements.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand clinical workflows, and translate them into effective software functionalities.
  • Implement and maintain compliance with healthcare standards such as HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR, ensuring data privacy and security.
  • Optimize existing healthcare applications for performance, scalability, and user experience.
  • Provide technical mentorship to junior developers, focusing on best practices in healthcare software development.
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments in healthcare technology, regulatory changes, and best practices to drive innovation and compliance in project work.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on healthcare applications.
  • Minimum of 10 years of software development experience, with significant exposure to the healthcare industry.
  • Deep understanding of C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and related technologies, with a proven track record in healthcare application development.
  • Experience with healthcare standards and protocols (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR) and their implementation in software solutions.
  • Proficiency in database management and familiarity with medical data formats and structures.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with healthcare professionals and technical teams.
  • Knowledge of cloud services, DevOps, and agile methodologies, with a focus on their application in healthcare environments
