Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other related fieldAdditional 5+ years of IT experience that includes IT Analytics, IT Trouble shooting, or IT Customer Service may be considered in lieu of Bachelors Degree
- Min 5 years of relevant technical and business work experience
- Requires experience / knowledge of system requirements, operations and programming / development processes
- Manage Instance Security, User/Group access, roles and associated relationships, and Access Control Lists (ACLs)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4 years experience on the ServiceNow platform
- Configuration and modification of the ServiceNow platform in the following areas IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), Intelligent Apps, HR Service Delivery, Security Operations, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) or Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Software Asset Management (SAM), IT Business Management (ITBM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM)
- Familiarity with the User Experience Tools, Service Intelligence, and Service Experiences
- Knowledge and Experience working with Web Services, SOAP, REST, JSONv2
- Reporting would be helpful.
Detailed Description:
- Manage and resolve issues against ServiceNow applications
- Advise internal teams and lines of business regarding process and technology inefficiencies within the platform
- Manage Instance Security, User/Group access, roles and associated relationships, and Access Control Lists (ACLs)
- Provide training and knowledge across the platform to our internal team and external business partners
- Develop reporting strategy and maintenance plan for platform wide reporting
- Strong knowledge and experience with object-oriented programming (OOP)
- Perform routine maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification/ remediation
- Maintain and improve the overall stability of the platform ensuring best practices are identified and incorporated into the platform
- Experience with ServiceNow best practices and understand the best solutions to remediate technical debt in the Now platform
