Required Experience:
- Proven experience as a PeopleSoft developer, with a focus on CRM modules.
- In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft CRM architecture, data model, and customization capabilities.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes and workflows, preferably in a business environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for CRM system enhancements and customizations.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions within the PeopleSoft CRM framework to meet business requirements and improve user experience.
- Customize and configure PeopleSoft CRM modules according to business needs, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.
- Work closely with quality assurance teams to support system testing and resolve any issues identified during the testing phase.
- Collaborate with system administrators to deploy and maintain CRM system configurations, patches, and upgrades.
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system-related problems.
- Document technical specifications, design documents, and configuration changes to ensure comprehensive and accurate system documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest PeopleSoft CRM features, technologies, and best practices, and make recommendations for system improvements and optimizations.
