Detailed Job Description:

• One level above Wiring Technician and will be working from an office.
• Strong knowledge on wiring designs in a vehicle.
• Experience in designing wiring models in a vehicle.
• Fabrication, Wiring Harness, Panels, Program Management, Calibration, Quality Control, etc.
• Ability to assemble, test and validate wire harnesses as per customer requirements.
• Cable/wire harness drawings
• Demonstrated experience and ability to read and interpret.
• Familiar with wire harnessing standards, concepts, practices & procedures in the electrical field.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision or in a team environment.
• Experience with using electrical / wiring tools preferred.
• Knowledge of Schematics and specifications.
• Prior experience with assembling wire-harnesses for military ground, air or sea vehicles is an advantage.
• Recording problems, rework details and highlighting any improvements necessary.
• Working knowledge of CATIA like design software.
