Job Duties:

• Build a Test Strategy incorporating the most optimal approach to validate both functional and non-functional requirements using manual and automated testing frameworks.
• Create well-structured, comprehensive test plan scripts in addition to documenting test procedures for enhanced test coverage.
• Responsible for in-sprint, integration & end-to-end testing activities for releases on Web, SAP, Mainframe, EAP/Power BI, IBM MQ & Salesforce applications, and Web Services/REST API calls.
• Work with the PMO to plan testing schedules and report QA progress to be tracked on the overall project plan.
• Coordinate with internal teams & 3rd party vendors to understand specifications, triage issues, and identify root causes and solutions.
• Send daily status reports to the client team with detailed Test schedules, test execution progress & defect metrics.
• Participate in project meetings to update stakeholders about QA progress and highlight risks/issues.
• Collaborate with environment and technical managers to define the required test environments for each test event/release.
• Facilitate defect triage meetings and ensure that the root cause is updated in the Defect Management tool for continuous test process improvement.
• Conduct feasibility analysis, identify potential candidates for automation, and work with automation engineers to accomplish in-sprint regression suite automation within stipulated timelines. Gather and report actionable metrics on automation
• Coordinate with business users for the user acceptance testing phase. Gather UAT scenarios, prepare test data, and present test results to client/ UAT users for their go/no-go decision.
• Provide functional SME support for post-production deployment validation.
• Responsible for ongoing continuous improvement initiatives to boost testing efficiency using innovative QA practices and tools

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
