Job Description:

Manage scope, schedule, and budget for complex software implementation projects (over $10M).
Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders of different levels and skill sets.
Create executive-level presentations.
Oversee critical software development program deliverables such as charters, requirements, schedules, and technical designs.
Work with operationally critical systems in transportation or other operations.

Qualifications:

Experience managing scope, schedule, and budget for complex software implementation projects (over $10M), including multiple vendors.
Ability to communicate with stakeholders of different levels and skill sets.
Ability to create executive-level presentations.
Understanding and oversight of critical software development program deliverables such as charters, requirements, schedules, and technical designs.
Experience working with operationally critical systems in transportation or other operations.
