Job Description:
- 5-7 years of development experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud with technical expertise encompassing Fusion APIs, FBDI, ADF DI Loads, BIP, and OTBI Reports. HR analytics. Knowledge of OAC.FA,FDI will be great to have but not mandatory.
- 3-5 Experience with Oracle Cloud on HR modules
- Develop and deliver a variety of reports using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI). Create both delivered and custom reports tailored to business needs. Advise on best practices for OTBI reporting. Work with complex data sets to produce accurate and insightful reports.
- Skilled in ESS Jobs, OM Extensions, Flex Fields (DFF, EFF, KFF), Lookups, Value sets, and Fusion Apps functional setup manager configurations.
- Well-versed in the customization of Oracle Fusion Applications through Page Composition
- Contribute to the solution design, implementation, and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion Applications and Integrations.
- Possess extensive knowledge of development frameworks and demonstrate expertise in crafting and customizing various Fusion products.
- Exhibit a proven ability to adapt to various technologies, applications, and industries, showcasing proficiency in designing, estimating, proposing, constructing, and documenting enterprise-class architecture solutions and systems within intricate environments.
- Showcase outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including a track record in producing technical documentation and effectively engaging with senior business managers and executives.
- Demonstrate the capability to work autonomously, tackle complex problem-solving tasks, and manage multiple project administration responsibilities efficiently.
- Make recommendations based upon data analysis. Provides analytic consultation to other HR business areas, leadership, or external customers. Data analysis and reporting encompasses a much higher level of complexity.
- Communicate powerfully and succinctly to senior and executive leaders and simplify the complex; use proven methods to develop resolution to critical issues and broad design decisions.
