Main duties and responsibilities:

Create the project testing strategy after understanding the business needs

Define both the performance test strategy and test assessment strategy based on project requirements, using best practices 

Implement test approach, managing an Associate QA 

Analyze the defect report and give suggestions about decreasing the defects counts

Communicate test decisions based on test results to stakeholders
