Job Duties: 

• Interact with the customer and participate in user requirement sessions to analyze, gather, and design business requirements
• Develop and maintain applications with Salesforce, Microsoft PowerApps, Oracle Forms, Crystal Reports, Oracle PL/SQL, Javascript, Appeon PowerBuilder, PL/SQL, VB.NET, Unix, C#/Powerscript code utilizing the ASP.NET
• Work with IT Leadership to understand ancillary processes and services required to deliver a complete production ready environment
• Contribute across all phases of the software development life cycle including development, design, and implement automated applications built on different technologies.
• Communicate with the users and Managers to enhance the ease of the application based on the requirements.
• Provide hands on technical expertise to design and implement Salesforce and MS Power Platform based solutions satisfying customer requirements.
• Assist in crafting multiple Platform solutions with the ability to impart your knowledge to both pro-developers and citizen developers
• Partner with security and risk team, cross-function technology and design teams in implementing process changes to ensure compliance with privacy policies, security audits, client interaction, solution delivery and certifications.
• Develop various custom objects, reports, tabs, dashboards, workflows, email alerts to meet business needs
• Create workflow rules, Page layouts, flows, email alerts, field updates and outbound messages to manage the workflow in salesforce
• Developed various APEX classes and Lightning web components in Salesforce to manage workflow and perform functional validation
• Develop web application screens using Salesforce Omnistudio and Lightning Web Components for users to submit applications
• Modify existing code to satisfy the change requested.
• Develop data models to support new change requirements.
• Normalize the tables/ relationships to arrive at an effective relational schema without any redundancy to design an OLTP system for the application.
• Work on creating Object Oriented Programming objects like classes and methods using C#/Powerscript/Apex to perform the necessary calculations and perform exception handling and displaying the detailed errors.
• Create and modify the Oracle database objects including tables, indexes, views, triggers, procedures, and functions to support the changing functionality.
• Develop Oracle Forms, Crystal Reports, and Appeon PowerBuilder to incorporate the requested enhancements into the current application.
• Perform query optimization using the execution plan and working closely with the DBAs to enhance the performance of the database.
• Troubleshoot to resolve production issues and bugs within the application environment.
• Provide support to the users, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Write detailed classes and methods in C#/Powerscript to connect to the Oracle database to fetch data and insert data back into the database.
• Schedule timely code reviews and maintain version control for code reuse.
• Support deployment of code into production and resolve any issue post-deployment
• Perform Unit Testing and Regression Testing on the code developed to ensure proper application workflow.
• Write and provide SQL Queries to the users to generate daily/weekly/monthly reports based on the required criteria.
• Run batch jobs developed in Unix shell script and PL/SQL to send out reports to multiple agencies and email notifications in case of any failures in the application.
• Engage with customers, providing technical design solutions and providing alternative workflow to ensure that the business does not halt.
• Ensure all automated processes are documented, including how to overcome possible errors.
• Design data model to create a new interface for online licensing application using PL/SQL procedures, functions, triggers, and packages to route data from the load table to its respective primary tables in Oracle 19C/12C/11g database
• Create new and modify existing pbls in Appeon PowerBuilder to resolve any issues post-software application migration
• Develop and customize Canvas and Model Driven apps using Power Apps integrating data sources such as Dataverse and SharePoint to meet specific business requirements and streamline processes
• Integrate Power Automate to automate workflows and business processes, including approvals, notifications and data validations
• Create Data Entity models in Dataverse for efficient data management and storage, ensuring data integrity and security
• Implement Business Process Flows within the Power Platform to guide users through predefined steps and enforce best practices
• Guide technology/solution decisions with architecture and product teams for projects.
• Collaborate with development teams to perform code reviews to ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architecture/design or recommended best practices for Power Platform.

Education: The minimum qualification required for performing the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
