Detailed Job Description:

• Hard Core IRIS for Health Engineers who have experience troubleshooting Production IRIS servers
• Work and identifying IRIS issues on Production Clusters, If need be do Purging, bringing IRIS Nodes up.
• Support IRIS for health Image upgrades
• Support L1 Ops team to identify and flag issues via Observability Dashboard (Grafana, Logging)
• Have Good knowledge of GCP and GKEs

Minimum years of experience: 8 - 10 years

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:

• Requirement gathering and coordination with offshore for working over requirements related to Big Data
• System Testing support
• Deployment and warranty support
