Expertise in Figma, including advanced knowledge of Figma components, styles, design systems, and plugins.
Expertise in developing Figma plugins using the Figma Plugin API (JavaScript/TypeScript) and integrating with the Figma design environment.
Experience in setting up and managing design systems, including reusable components, libraries, and version control.
Experience in building and maintaining APIs, with knowledge of RESTful services, authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT), and API security best practices.
Strong understanding of front - end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how design systems are translated into code.
Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) processes.

Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of custom Figma plugins to streamline design workflows, automate tasks, and improve collaboration between design and development teams.
Ensure high-quality, efficient, and scalable code for Figma plugins.
Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to define plugin functionality and prioritize features.
Continuously improve the Figma ecosystem by researching and implementing new features, Figma API changes, best practices, and design system trends.
Develop and manage robust Figma APIs to integrate with external tools and services (e.g., design systems, project management tools, data visualization tools).
Build secure, scalable, and efficient APIs to support Figma plugin functionalities and enhance cross-platform interactions.
Leverage Figma APIs to scan the inventory of Figma design files to find the relationship and dependencies of Figma components.
Build APIs to derive dependency map of Figma Components, properties and values.
