Job Duties:

  • Lead detailed planning workshops, including engineering, systems analysts, etc., to scope the project and create a detailed project plan to baseline the project before starting execution.
  • Manage scope creep and conduct thorough reviews to de-scope or re-scope any additional scope surfaced during project execution.
  • Oversee potential risks, maintaining a risk register, and building the mitigation plan to avoid delays in delivering the project on time.
  • Resolve conflicts between teams (Engineering, System Analysts, and Architects) by establishing RACI to avoid any team conflict and making the respective team responsible for specific deliverables.
  • Hold daily sessions with the team to track the development of the project and for status checks at regular intervals.
  • Responsible for creating a detailed project report for management, capturing risks and key accomplishments on a weekly basis.
  • Work with contract change management to facilitate the documentation to add scope surfaced in between the project.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for all stakeholders during project execution, including clients, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams, for consistent communication.
  • Engage and lead end-to-end implementation, transformation, and transition of ERP software for the successful delivery of the project.
  • Manage the P&L (Profit and Loss) of the project and tracking the project budget to ensure the project is running on budget.
  • Orchestrate technical workshops to obtain architectural decisions for ERP systems, including multiple ERP platforms (SAP, Mapics, etc.) 

Education: The minimum qualification required for performing the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
