• Strong understanding of commercial lending business processes
• Ability to drive business discussion and derive requirements for Loan IQ configuration
• Should be able to make config changes in Loan IQ and facilitate validation by coordinating with QA team
• Conduct and attend workshops with stakeholders
• Stakeholder management
