- We are currently seeking a PRISM Trainer/Help Desk Specialist to support our Federal Customer virtually and at the customers location in Washington, DC.
Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- As a member of the Help Desk Team, you will be the primary interface for the Federal Agencys end users of the Agency - specific procurement/acquisition system.
In this role, you will:
- Need to quickly grasp and learn the system and interface effectively with the end user community.
- Be responsible for ensuring that 100% of all user generated issues, change/enhancement requests, and usage questions are logged into the ticket tracking system and resolved in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have (minimum 3 years) experience with the Unison PRISM application
- Experience with Version 7.4 PRISM is preferred.
- Must have the ability to quickly learn and grasp the functionality of the Agency-specific procurement application system and Ticket System
- Must be able to diagnose and resolve PRISM issues through conversation with the end users
- Develop training materials, including user manuals, job aids, and training modules, to support the effective use of PRISM.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to end-users, both in-person and virtually, covering various PRISM functionalities and modules.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in providing user training in PRISM is preferred
