Job Description:

  • Work as a technical expert with clients, analysts, programmers and other team members to develop solutions within the Oracle Identity and Access Manager suite.
  • Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation.
  • Prepare detailed specifications from which complex programs will be written.
  • Instruct, direct, and quality assure the work of other programmers and analysts.
  • Provide application support, which includes problem research, analysis, resolution, and on - call support.
  • Work with QA/Testing groups to resolve issues and to ensure software quality.
  • On-boarding applications to OIM.
  • Off-boarding application from OIM.
  • Running of jobs, monitoring and resolving exceptions.
  • Handling incidents and support requests within our SLA.
  • Respond to requests from audit with direction from management.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for access issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Incorporating process changes and updates into the Standard Operation Procedures (Runbook) in SharePoint.
  • Participate in all Scrum ceremonies.
  • Participate in on-call support rotation.
  • Perform scheduled tasks supporting deployments and releases.
