Job Description:
- Work as a technical expert with clients, analysts, programmers and other team members to develop solutions within the Oracle Identity and Access Manager suite.
- Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation.
- Prepare detailed specifications from which complex programs will be written.
- Instruct, direct, and quality assure the work of other programmers and analysts.
- Provide application support, which includes problem research, analysis, resolution, and on - call support.
- Work with QA/Testing groups to resolve issues and to ensure software quality.
- On-boarding applications to OIM.
- Off-boarding application from OIM.
- Running of jobs, monitoring and resolving exceptions.
- Handling incidents and support requests within our SLA.
- Respond to requests from audit with direction from management.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for access issues and escalate as necessary.
- Incorporating process changes and updates into the Standard Operation Procedures (Runbook) in SharePoint.
- Participate in all Scrum ceremonies.
- Participate in on-call support rotation.
- Perform scheduled tasks supporting deployments and releases.
