Complete Description:
This PM resource will work closely with the developer. Experience working as a BA will be crucial as well as this resource will wear a PM hat, but will also need to function as a BA gathering requirements and working closely with the development team.

The Ideal Candidate must have :
• experience with software development projects and estimating software development efforts.
• the ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
• experience with documenting software requirements and may have been a business analyst on other projects.
• experience with software integration projects with both web based and mainframe applications.
? A work history demonstrating dependability.
? 4-6 years project management & analyst experience
? 3+ years MS Project experience
? Strong facilitation skills
? Ability to gather business requirements and facilitate meetings
? Ability to work within ITE's project management and SDLC processes
? PMI designation desirable
? Possess strong communications skills
