Complete Description:

Supports the day to day JFS operations  of Kofax applications that use the UC FileNet/Kofax suite of products:  UIDMS, Trade, and ERIC.  The support is part of the ODJFS IT plan for electronic document management.  Fixes Kofac issues and upgrades the version of Kofax as needed.

Required Skill Sets:

5+ years of Imaging and Workflow Industry Experience

•             3+ Kofax Capture (8, 9, 10) - Administration and Development

•             3+ Kofax Transformation Modules (KTM) - Administration and Development

•             3+ Kofax capture custom module development

•             1+ year of experience with managing multiple environment (Mixed version e.g. KC8, KC9, KC10)

•             1+ year of experience with upgrade KC & KTM

•             1+ year of experience with using change control management tools for Kofax objects.

•             Must be available to work the OIS organization core hours and off hours during evenings and/or weekends to accommodate organizational or customer schedules

1 year experience monitoring lower level Kofax Administrators.

Desired Skill Sets:

                3+ Web development using .NET 3.5 or above

•             3+ years’ experience with MS SQL Server

•             3+ Oracle 11g

•             1+ year of experience with IBM MQ export connector

•             3+ years of working in Windows Server 2008 + and Active Directory.

In addition, they may be requirement to carry a pager and/or cellular phone (at the vendor’s expense).  There are no reimbursable expenses.
