Short Description:
Business Analyst with experience in government business processes and chargeback analysis skill set.
Complete Description:
Must be able to analyze business objectives of the stakeholder and develops solutions to meet their business. Strong technical skills, business intelligence, and must be able a fully understand the needs of the customer. Analyze, and documents business requirements and delivers throughout the project life cycle. Must have worked in a large municipal organizational environment with financial systems and chargeback services. Implements back office and web based systems and procedures for the overall Business strategies. Work with cross-functional teams to build out the rolling forecasting, reporting & analysis capabilities of the financial forecasting system. Assist in the development and analysis of revenue forecasting, modeling and ROI analysis.
