Complete Description:
Seeking one senior IT developer with at least 8 years of experience in developing, testing, deploying and supporting applications in a web/SQL Server environment. ICAR primarily serves the Child Support Recovery Unit (CSRU) and is one of the bureaus under the DHS Divisions of Data Management.
This senior IT developer will function within a team of dedicated web developers. Responsibilities include:
1. Serve as a Technical lead on projects from concept through the post-implementation stage of the Software Development Life Cycle.
2. Serve as a Programmer/Developer on projects lead by other Technical resources
3. Work on New Development, Maintenance Projects, Testing, Requirements/Specifications creation, Problem Logs etc.,
