Complete Description:
The ServiceNow Administrator/Developer will support ServiceNow development operations for the State of Iowa, in collaboration with the ServiceNow project team and other departmental personnel, and in accordance with State of Iowa policies, goals, and objectives. This person will participate in development and integration of ServiceNow to align with the organization’s IT service management process strategy.
The ServiceNow Administrator/Developer will: provide analysis of problems while working toward solutions to technical issues; deploy new releases and/or enhancements into the ServiceNow environment; maintain and support ServiceNow operational functions; jointly perform system and integration testing; and is responsible for creation and documentation of user test cases.
The ServiceNow Administrator/Developer maintains an understanding of ServiceNow modules and a good knowledge of ServiceNow Software licensing functionality. This person will Provide ServiceNow configuration and customization assistance including but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting, and third party software integrations.
