Job Description/

Day to Day Activities

ü  Plateau LMS / Success Factors SME. Help with upgrade to Success Factors b1308 version as an SME with contribution to migration approach, overall implementation. 

Technical skills: 

ü  Experience with Upgrade, Implementation of Plateau. 

ü  Experience with analysis, requirements definition, fit-gap, support testing, and post implementation support. 

ü  Must have configuration experience with Success Factors and/or Plateau. 

Client Relationships/Soft Skills: 

ü  Strong communication skills and ability to work with Client Leadership Team 

ü  Will work in client managed project – candidate should be able to build relationships. Opportunity to expand and sell more roles.
