Expectation

-          Execute the current Testing SOW  and lead the QA team onsite reporting to Amol.

-          Interface with client and be “Employer” face to establish best practices.

-          Person should come across as “knowledgeable” and should provide value to client by suggesting solutions, options and plans.

-          Should have experience in Enterprise testing (back end), UI and performance testing.

-          Experience in various Tools and technologies including open source or popular commercial tools.

-          This delivery person will work very closely with Client-Partner and grow ADM/Testing business from None to $4m.

-          His/her interaction/value on the ground is key to grow the account.
