Job Description

ü   8-10 years of Oracle EBS

ü   4-6 years of deep experience Oracle EBS Process Manufacturing (OPM)

ü   2-3 years of the OPM experience in production operations support

ü   Onsite Lead for OPM technology area

ü   Technical and Functional incident and service request resolution

ü   Client IT interaction and coordiantion related to incidents and service requests

ü   Break fix and minor enhancements

ü   Identification of fixes in coordination with Oracle

ü   Patch regression testing

ü   Short term travel required to Switzerland and Phoenix for transition

Professional Skill Requirement

ü   Proven ability to work independently and as a team member

ü   Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

ü   Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills

ü   Good clinet management skills.

ü   Ability to be successful in offshore based model"
