· Perform Peoplesoft software upgrades and migrations to include PeopleSoft bundles utilizing Change Assistant
· Develop and modify modules, Application Engines, Component Interfaces and PeopleSoft Tools
· Perform complex development tasks including 3rd party software integration, changes to existing user interfaces and the development of customized user interfaces
· Design system test approach and create test scripts
· Troubleshoot and resolve SLMS end user technical issues
· Lead focus groups to develop functional and technical requirements and reach consensus on priorities. Identify and document business needs for each agency as they migrate to HR
· PeopleSoft System Administration
· Oracle Database Administration, 11gR2
· Query Tuning and Performance
· Configure and maintain application server domains, web server domains
· Manage settings and configuration of the PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA)
· Troubleshoot system issues with any of the following:
o Database
o application server
o process scheduler
o batch jobs
o web server
· Reapply customizations
· Administration of Apache Servers serving as reverse proxies and weblogic plugin for sign on.
· Change Control and code migrations.
· Perform fit/gap analysis
· Design system test approach and create test scripts
· Analyze change request submissions to assess the need for customizations vs. workaround with delivered functionality
· Develop Functional Design Documentation to address change requests classified as customizations
· Perform and enhance system configuration and setup
