· Focus on defining and implementing tools, processes and methodologies to improve application and infrastructure quality
· Establish and maintain a metrics program for QA, Release Management and Incident Management,
· Provide support to the QA disciplines: the Functional & Regression Test team, the Infrastructure and Automation Test team, the Performance Test team, and the Release Management team,
· Evaluate, recommend, and implement testing, configuration and change management tools and strategies
· Communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical team members
· Assist in designing and ensuring overall integrity of the testing strategy
· Work with appropriate business and technology leads to determine the acceptable range for test results and performance
· Help design, develop and implement test plans, scripts, tools using the detailed business requirements document provided by the business analysts
· Work with business and technology leads to identify the appropriate data for testing, and prepare that data for the test cases
· Assist Application Developers and technical support staff in identifying and resolving problems
· Facilitate resolution and communication of cross-application/organization architectural issues and decisions
· Advanced understanding of performance and monitoring
· Proficient in more than one specific infrastructure technology
· Advanced troubleshooting skills
· Must be able to assemble technology solutions and effectively define and implement a working architecture
· Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, launch and deliver multiple IT projects on time and within budget
· Ability to articulate to more experienced management a technical strategy in clear, concise, understandable terms

· Thorough knowledge of Load Runner (SME)
· Experience in developing Scripts with Multiple Scripting tools for performance testing / Query Plans - Loadrunner and QTP
· Complete awareness of Software Development Life Cycle
· Strong knowledge of AJAX Testing and MS Silverlight
· Experience of LoadRunner & Performance Center setup / installations / Administration / Troubleshoot / R& D
· Weblogic Tuning, JVM Tuning, Performance analysis & Capacity planning
· Assist Application Developers and technical support staff in identifying and resolving problems
· Facilitate resolution and communication of cross-application/organization architectural issues and decisions
· Support the continuing growth and maturation of the QA team.
Skills: QTP 10, 11 and UFT11.5, QC 10, 11, ALM LoadRunner 11 and 11.5 Selenium with RC, Bromine and SmarteScript, TestStudio, SiteScope, VB Script ,C, C++, Core Java, SQL.
Education: A Bachelor's Degree or Higher in a Computer Relate Fields or Foreign Equivalent required.
