Job Description:
· As a Process SME within the EHCM organization you will:
· Interview Stakeholders and process owners to define processes
· Assist in defining, developing and evaluating performance metrics to establish process success
· Determines efficient operational steps & workflow
· Coordinate and present artifacts/materials for review and decision-making
· Support operations with Process Documentation
· Communicate vertically and horizontally with Internal Customers
· Work with HCSC employees to assist in creating a business architecture strategy
· Apply a structured business architecture approach and methodology for capturing the key views of the enterprise.
· Capture the tactical and strategic enterprise goals that provide traceability through the organization and are mapped to metrics that provide ongoing governance.
· Define the set of strategic, core and support business capabilities that transcend functional boundaries
· Capture the relationships among roles, processes, technology, assets and capabilities
· Create a blueprint that defines how business strategy is supported.
· Serve as a liaison between the executive office and front line staff.
· Design and puts into practice business transformation initiatives.
· Act as a liaison between business and information technology.
· Evaluate new technologies to determine their potential to grow the company.
· Conduct presentation of proposed business architecture or plan for company executives.
