Looking for a single person to be the core developer and help train the existing staff for support.
Lead developer to architect level. Must have strong Leadership skills, Mentoring skills
Design documentation, Flexibility, Collaborative,  "User Friendly" and be technical but be able to speak to lay people.  Soft Skills – speak between technical and business teams.

Overview:

Creation of .NET framework – web based solutions – web front end.
Looking for a specialist – C#/ ASP.NET/ SQL Server – web forms from scratch.
Will train 2 junior developers. 
Database – table design, schema design, stored procedures (not a deal breaker).
Waterfall methodology – 2 dedicated developer - BSA and PM assigned – have a 3rd party vendor.

Technical Environment: ASP.Net, C#, SQL Server 2008, VB.Net, WCF, Webforms.
