The resources will be responsible for global desktop support which will require general windows XP support and troubleshooting, Macfee and client ePO support as well as group policy objects (GPO).

McAfee client and ePO support;
Operating System Deployment (OSD);

Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT);

Systems Management Server (SMS).
