Resource needs to be skilled in AIX and DB2 and will be performing the following tasks: 
1. Design and create relational databases 
2. Database performance monitoring and tuning 
3. Review and approve schema changes 
4. Review and approve changes to database design 
5. Manage the backup and restore process 
6.Configure, monitor and troubleshoot HADR databases 
7. Perform Root Cause Analysis for incidents and outages
